Employee Training
Griffin Security's employee training programs are conducted in the style of a seminar and are designed to facilitate honest communication, identify real needs and identify solutions to problems. Seminar topics include workplace violence, loss prevention, ethics and personnel issues, basic safety, intervention and reporting.

Crisis Planning
Successful crisis and disaster planning is the first defense against today's increasing security threats. As part of that planning, clients will learn how to prepare for potential situations by practicing assembling and training a crisis response team, conducting simulation and emergency evacuation exercises and developing incident response strategies. They will also be taught how to resume normal operations following an event and evaluate the response post-event.
