In the security industry most accounts are won by underbidding your competition; however, Griffin Security does not believe that practice ultimately benefits the client. Underbidding sacrifices the officers’ pay and compromises the quality of service the officers provide.
Griffin Security is dedicated to serving both our clients and our officers to attain the greatest level of satisfaction for both. Our officers are compensated according to the work they perform. They are each reviewed after the first six months of employment and then yearly thereafter.
