Most companies recruit officers from the same pool, perform basic screening, process the new recruits and provide only the required basic training before assigning them to the field. Exceptional performance is marked by the philosophy, “No complaints, no problems.”

Griffin Security does not believe that is nearly enough.

The Griffin Security Standard:

Griffin Security prepares its officers with the necessary tools to succeed. We recruit from your community and conduct a three-phase review process including psychological testing that everyone must pass before being hired.

Once hired, the officers actively participate in BEYOND, a unique training program that exceeds both state and federal standards. Each officer is educated and trained with foundational skills and knowledge.

We then continue the process by conducting a thorough Needs Assessment that generates an Officer Profile for your facility. Our security officers are assigned and further trained to fit the needs of your specific facility. From day one, Griffin Security’s Best Fit policy ensures that the officers are prepared to respond.

Griffin Security also closely monitors best practices as well as emerging Homeland Security and ASIS International guidelines and standards to remain one-step ahead of the competition.
